Our Method
Our method blends classical Pilates with a more contemporary, athletic feel. We honor the traditional principles of control, precision, and breath, and bring them into a modern flow that feels strong, intentional, and aligned with how people move today. Every class is designed to build real strength and better movement patterns, not just in the studio but in everyday life.
We move with purpose, breath, and control, layering in thoughtful variations that keep your body challenged in the best way. You will recognize familiar shapes and sequences, but you will also experience fresh progressions that help you deepen your practice without ever feeling stagnant. It is the perfect balance of structure and creativity.
Our instructors come from a variety of respected teaching lineages including Erika Bloom Pilates, Balanced Body, Breathe Education, Stott Pilates. and our very own ATX Pilates Teacher Training. This blend of backgrounds creates a team that is well-rounded, knowledgeable, and highly skilled in adapting the work to different bodies and goals. Although our training histories are diverse, we teach with a shared intention that keeps the ATX experience consistent, supportive, and elevated.
We lead with grounded, supportive energy and offer cues, adjustments, and options so you can meet yourself exactly where you are. We believe in smart challenge. We push when you are ready, pause when you need it, and always return you to your breath.
