MEET THE FOUNDER.

Erica Hogan is a highly skilled Pilates instructor and the founder of ATX Pilates in Austin, Texas. With over 10 years of experience as a student of Pilates, Erica is a Balanced Body certified instructor and holds certifications in New York Pilates Mat and Anatomy. Erica's unique teaching style blends Neo-classical Pilates principles with modern biomechanics, which she developed through working with a broad range of clients and using her intuition. Her approach to Pilates is hands-on, and she uses touch cueing to bridge the accessibility gap with her students. Erica is deeply committed to continuing education and professional development, always seeking to expand her knowledge and refine her teaching skills. She is passionate about helping her students reach their maximum potential and achieve their fitness goals, whether they are beginners or advanced practitioners. Erica's dedication to delivering excellence to all of her clients sets the standard for Pilates in Austin.
