How are the hours broken down?

• 45 hours of Lecture (These hours are accumulated through the 3 weekends.)

• 50 hours of Practice Teaching

• 50 hours of Self Practice

• 25 hours of Observation (watching other teachers instruct/watching reformer workouts online i.e Pilates To Go/Pilates Anytime)

• 30 hours of Study

How do i complete the program?

• a written and practical exam is required for test out. the practical is approximately 1 hour long.

• Upon completion you’ll receive your REformer & Anatomy Certificate and RECEIVE your Afaa certificate

what if i don’t have a reformer?

• You’ll be able to utilize the studio during designated teacher training hours

How Long will it take me to get CERTIFIED?

• certification can take up to 5 months to a year. it depends on the individual
