My sister invited me to a Pilates class in Los Angeles over 15 years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It was the first time I felt strong and connected in my body—like everything was working together again. As a former cross-country runner, Pilates became the method that put me back together, physically and mentally.
That experience made me want to help others feel the same. I’m comprehensively certified through Balanced Body, New York Pilates, and Boston Body, with additional training in Myofascial Release. These foundations let me teach with intention, precision, and care.
My style is motivating, high-touch, and challenging. I watch my clients closely, read their movement, and from there I know where I can take them. Each class is a conversation—guided by anatomy, intuition, and flow. My goal is always the same: to help people feel grounded in their practice and deeply connected to their bodies.
I started ATX Pilates to create the kind of space I felt was missing—non-judgmental, supportive, and rooted in connection. A studio where people can show up exactly as they are and feel safe to grow.
I’m inspired by my clients, our instructors and continued learning.
In class, you’ll hear Jungle, Glass Animals, Kid Cudi, and Doechii. Music that supports the rhythm of the room and brings a little something extra to the flow.

I stumbled into a Pilates class by accident—but something just clicked. What started as casual curiosity quickly turned into a deeper connection. Over time, I shifted away from exercising for appearance and began moving to feel present, empowered, and at ease in my body.
I originally signed up for teacher training to deepen my own practice, but somewhere along the way, I fell in love with teaching. I completed my comprehensive training through Balanced Body, and my approach is focused, functional, and intentional. I want my clients to leave feeling refreshed, accomplished, and just a little more at home in their body.
I especially enjoy working one-on-one with clients navigating injury or chronic tension—supporting them in tuning in and building sustainable strength. Outside the studio, you’ll find me hiking, birding, or walking my dog first thing in the morning. You can expect rhythmic, 90s throwback beats in my classes, and a teaching style that honors the unique rhythm of each body.

I didn’t grow up as a “mover,” but when I found Pilates in 2019, something clicked. It felt like the missing piece—what my body had been craving all along. I was instantly hooked and wanted to dive deeper, so I enrolled in Balanced Body's Reformer training, and have continued to grow through the mentorship and community at ATX Pilates.
My teaching style is challenging, motivating, and empowering. I want my clients to walk out of class feeling taller, stronger, and more capable—both physically and mentally. I believe the mind-body connection is one of the most powerful tools we have, and I try to tap into that in every session.
When I’m not teaching, I’m starting my day with a quiet coffee ritual and curating playlists filled with Tame Impala, KAYTRANADA, and anything with a strong beat. A quote I come back to often is: “What you are not changing, you're choosing.”

I actually came across Reformer Pilates through a giveaway at my local studio, and I was instantly hooked. What started as curiosity turned into a full-on love for how it challenged both my body and mind. It quickly became my go-to for mental clarity and strength, both inside and out.
I grew up as an athlete, always training to perform and conditioning for results. Over time, my relationship with movement shifted. I stopped working out just to achieve something and started moving simply to feel good. Pilates taught me that strength and ease can exist together, and that moving with intention builds both resilience and confidence.
Becoming a teacher felt like the natural next step. Pilates had such a huge impact on my life, and I wanted to create that same experience for others. A space where people feel capable, seen, and empowered in their own bodies.
My teaching style is flowy, athletic, and intentional. I love working with clients who come in with curiosity, whether they are completely new or have been practicing for years. I pay close attention to how people are moving and feeling each day. Before class, I often ask what their body is craving so I can meet them where they are. Some days call for challenge, others for grounding, and I believe both are equally important.
I also tune into the energy of the room. I notice how people are breathing, how connected they are to the movement, and that helps guide how I cue and adjust the flow.
My faith, my family, and my friends inspire me every day. Quiet mornings with my matcha, no phone, my two little Shih Tzus Mocha and Cocoa running around in the backyard, and my feet in the grass help me reset before I step into the studio.
My playlists change depending on the mood, but you can usually expect a mix of hip hop, pop, and Bad Bunny. I like to keep the energy fun, flowy, and motivating.

Around 2014, a friend suggested I try Reformer Pilates. I was a little intimidated at first, but I quickly fell in love with the movement and the way it made me feel—physically and mentally.
I’ve always loved exercise. I ran cross country in high school and used to run a lot, but Pilates gave me a more gentle way to move while still helping me feel strong. It challenges me in a different way and leaves me feeling better every time I step off the machine.
I originally did my training to deepen my understanding of anatomy and the movement itself, but somewhere along the way I realized how much I love teaching. It blends creativity, connection, and purpose, and that felt like the perfect fit.
I’m certified through New York Pilates in both mat and full apparatus, and I continue to learn through ongoing workshops. My style is creative, thoughtful, and challenging. I love working with all kinds of clients because Pilates really is for everyone. I check in with people about their goals and injuries, and I make sure they’re moving safely with proper form and alignment.
I’m inspired by art, movement, and connection. A good walk or a cardio session clears my head and keeps me energized. My personal mantra is to go with the flow and trust the process.
In class, you’ll move to dream pop and chill beats. My goal is simple—I want you to leave feeling better than when you walked in.

When I was trying to get back into a movement routine post-pandemic, I took a reformer class and instantly fell in love. It was the first workout I actually looked forward to. It became my happy place and the one hour in my day that felt entirely for me.
I’ve always been an athlete. In college, I leaned into high-intensity workouts like spin, but over time I found myself drawn to lower-impact movement—things like strength training, yoga, Pilates, and Lagree. I had taught Lagree before and loved it. Once I became a dedicated Pilates student, I knew I was ready to start a new chapter in both my teaching and my own fitness journey.
My teaching style is tough but encouraging, always intentional. I believe form and function are the foundation of a great Pilates class. Moving your body is powerful, but doing it with precision and awareness makes it that much more effective. I want every client to feel supported, welcomed, and seen in our space.
With a strong foundation in anatomy, I meet each client where they are. Whether you're working through an injury, postpartum recovery, or just having an off day, I’m here to help you modify and move safely while still getting what you need from class. I pay close attention to form, precision, and the overall energy in the room, adjusting the class based on what the group needs that day.
I’m inspired by nature, my friends and family, and my faith. Most mornings start with bare feet in the grass and sunlight in my eyes—it’s my way of resetting before the day begins. My playlists vary depending on the vibe, but usually you’ll hear a mix of pop, indie, EDM, and some early 2000s throwbacks to keep things fun and motivating.

After ten years of playing competitive volleyball and collecting more than a few injuries, I needed a form of movement that challenged me both physically and mentally without pushing my body past its limits. I tried all kinds of group fitness, but the moment I found Pilates, I was hooked.
Coming from a sports background, I used to think a workout had to be grueling to be effective. Pilates taught me that low-impact movement can be just as powerful. I’ve learned the importance of recovery, intention, and slowing down when needed. But I still love a good burn.
I’m certified in all Pilates apparatus and Megaformer. My teaching style is intentional, layered, and spicy. I like to start with accessible movements and build from there, adapting based on what each client brings to the room. I want everyone to leave feeling stronger than when they walked in—physically and mentally.
A morning walk with my dog is the ritual that grounds me. In class, you can expect a wide variety of music—my playlists always have a little bit of everything to match the vibe and keep you moving.

I love movement so dearly. Around 2014, I became fascinated with the reformer. It felt like this incredible contraption that held so much possibility, and once I tried it, I fell in love right away.
Finding new ways to move my body has been a glorious journey. Feeling myself get stronger with each class—both the ones I take and the ones I teach—has been so rewarding. That growth continues to inspire me every single day.
As a kid, I dreamed of being a pop star. Not for the spotlight, but for the energy, the connection, and the way it feels to lead a room and make people feel something. Teaching has become a more grounded, more meaningful version of that dream. I love creating a space where people feel energized, supported, and free to show up fully as themselves.
My teaching style is energetic, fun, and fierce. I bring in elements from my background in power yoga, yoga sculpt, and strength training, blended with classical Pilates and creative contemporary progressions. Every class is layered with options for modifications and amplifications so people can move in ways that feel organic to them. I cue to sensation, and my playlists follow the flow of the shapes we create, guiding the energy of the room from start to finish.
Clients who are open to creative, experimental movement are my favorite to work with. I love leaning into the playful side of Pilates, while still staying rooted in anatomy and intention. Movement, to me, is a deeply meaningful practice for living a healthier and more fulfilled life.
My inspiration comes from the sun, the moon, the stars, music, and my people. My skincare routine is sacred, and my favorite song of all time is “Canned Heat” by Jamiroquai—the one Napoleon Dynamite dances to. Those lyrics remind me that no matter what is going on, there is always time to dance, and it will always make you feel better.
Musically, my playlists paint a picture. You’ll hear pop, electronic, rock, Latin, lo-fi, soundscapes, and more. The vibe always shifts depending on the day, but one thing is constant—music and movement belong together.
