My sister invited me to a Pilates class in Los Angeles over 15 years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It was the first time I felt strong and connected in my body—like everything was working together again. As a former cross-country runner, Pilates became the method that put me back together, physically and mentally.
That experience made me want to help others feel the same. I’m comprehensively certified through Balanced Body, New York Pilates, and Boston Body, with additional training in Myofascial Release. These foundations let me teach with intention, precision, and care.
My style is motivating, high-touch, and challenging. I watch my clients closely, read their movement, and from there I know where I can take them. Each class is a conversation—guided by anatomy, intuition, and flow. My goal is always the same: to help people feel grounded in their practice and deeply connected to their bodies.
I started ATX Pilates to create the kind of space I felt was missing—non-judgmental, supportive, and rooted in connection. A studio where people can show up exactly as they are and feel safe to grow.
I’m inspired by my clients, our instructors and continued learning.
In class, you’ll hear Jungle, Glass Animals, Kid Cudi, and Doechii. Music that supports the rhythm of the room and brings a little something extra to the flow.

I stumbled into a Pilates class by accident—but something just clicked. What started as casual curiosity quickly turned into a deeper connection. Over time, I shifted away from exercising for appearance and began moving to feel present, empowered, and at ease in my body.
I originally signed up for teacher training to deepen my own practice, but somewhere along the way, I fell in love with teaching. I completed my comprehensive training through Balanced Body, and my approach is focused, functional, and intentional. I want my clients to leave feeling refreshed, accomplished, and just a little more at home in their body.
I especially enjoy working one-on-one with clients navigating injury or chronic tension—supporting them in tuning in and building sustainable strength. Outside the studio, you’ll find me hiking, birding, or walking my dog first thing in the morning. You can expect rhythmic, 90s throwback beats in my classes, and a teaching style that honors the unique rhythm of each body.

I actually came across Reformer Pilates through a giveaway at my local studio, and I was instantly hooked. What started as curiosity turned into a full-on love for how it challenged both my body and mind. It quickly became my go-to for mental clarity and strength, both inside and out.
I grew up as an athlete, always training to perform and conditioning for results. Over time, my relationship with movement shifted. I stopped working out just to achieve something and started moving simply to feel good. Pilates taught me that strength and ease can exist together, and that moving with intention builds both resilience and confidence.
Becoming a teacher felt like the natural next step. Pilates had such a huge impact on my life, and I wanted to create that same experience for others. A space where people feel capable, seen, and empowered in their own bodies.
My teaching style is flowy, athletic, and intentional. I love working with clients who come in with curiosity, whether they are completely new or have been practicing for years. I pay close attention to how people are moving and feeling each day. Before class, I often ask what their body is craving so I can meet them where they are. Some days call for challenge, others for grounding, and I believe both are equally important.
I also tune into the energy of the room. I notice how people are breathing, how connected they are to the movement, and that helps guide how I cue and adjust the flow.
My faith, my family, and my friends inspire me every day. Quiet mornings with my matcha, no phone, my two little Shih Tzus Mocha and Cocoa running around in the backyard, and my feet in the grass help me reset before I step into the studio.
My playlists change depending on the mood, but you can usually expect a mix of hip hop, pop, and Bad Bunny. I like to keep the energy fun, flowy, and motivating.

After ten years of playing competitive volleyball and collecting more than a few injuries, I needed a form of movement that challenged me both physically and mentally without pushing my body past its limits. I tried all kinds of group fitness, but the moment I found Pilates, I was hooked.
Coming from a sports background, I used to think a workout had to be grueling to be effective. Pilates taught me that low-impact movement can be just as powerful. I’ve learned the importance of recovery, intention, and slowing down when needed. But I still love a good burn.
I’m certified in all Pilates apparatus and Megaformer. My teaching style is intentional, layered, and spicy. I like to start with accessible movements and build from there, adapting based on what each client brings to the room. I want everyone to leave feeling stronger than when they walked in—physically and mentally.
A morning walk with my dog is the ritual that grounds me. In class, you can expect a wide variety of music—my playlists always have a little bit of everything to match the vibe and keep you moving.

I didn’t grow up as a “mover,” but when I found Pilates in 2019, something clicked. It felt like the missing piece—what my body had been craving all along. I was instantly hooked and wanted to dive deeper, so I enrolled in Balanced Body's Reformer training, and have continued to grow through the mentorship and community at ATX Pilates.
My teaching style is challenging, motivating, and empowering. I want my clients to walk out of class feeling taller, stronger, and more capable—both physically and mentally. I believe the mind-body connection is one of the most powerful tools we have, and I try to tap into that in every session.
When I’m not teaching, I’m starting my day with a quiet coffee ritual and curating playlists filled with Tame Impala, KAYTRANADA, and anything with a strong beat. A quote I come back to often is: “What you are not changing, you're choosing.”
